Repair Kit – Clutch Fork – BN4/BN6-BJ8

Includes shaft, tapered pin and bushings.

Instructions:

1. Cut off the end of the tapered pin so it is flush with the fork.
2. Drive out the tapered pin so the whole thing will come apart.
3. Replace and reassemble.

It is recommended to use a bit of loc-tite between the bushing and the bell housing as you don’t want these pieces to slide around!
